Delete your account in the App

You can permanently delete your account directly from the Trusted Payments application by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Trusted Payments app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Important Information

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone;
• An active internet connection is required to complete the process;
• Deleting your account will affect all personal data associated with it;
• Account deletion is not the same as deactivation — it results in permanent removal.

Data Retention and Anonymisation

When you delete your account:

• Your account will be permanently removed;
• Personal data linked to your account will be deleted or anonymised;
• Any remaining data can no longer be linked back to you in any way.

We do not retain personally identifiable information after account deletion, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
